A familiar voice can be heard above you, you're not sure if they're talking to you or not but it does feel like you're part of this conversation:

That's true.

Or perhaps individuals who did not wish to rely on "gods". No one likes to use that word for Legends.

I'd say that's a fair assessment. They wanted to take the powers of the Legends and give them to people. The Storytellers and them never got along for that reason.

Yes because their stories are the greatest. I thought it was all silly, but who am I to say, I was just their Legend after all.

...do you know anything about the Awoken's Legend by chance?

Well Blessings come from Legends.

So they couldn't actually do shit. They just got to control who got Blessings instead of their Legend.

Yes. And they pulled apart their Legend to do so.

So in a way, the Legend still gave the blessings.

Is anything of their Legend even left? Or did they use it all up?

Unfortunately, they're all gone.
