A familiar voice can be heard above you, you're not sure if they're talking to you or not but it does feel like you're part of this conversation:

"What a Wonderful Story that you have. I've read it many times when I was feeling sad. You know, I wanted to keep it in my personal collection, but it doesn't seem that's going to be possible. To grant my wish, I'd have to sacrifice what it means to be a reader ... to become the story. That's The End that I'm looking for.

Yes! Not here here but here. You see, we protect a lot of things where we can. These rooms are ours. Blessings this large normally cannot be overwritten but we are very large ourselves, hehe.

But it would be better if one day, these Legends didn’t hold the same power that they do. It’d be better to rely on all of you…

It makes the most sense to me to spread out the burden. The more of us we can rely on the better, right?

It would be nice to rely on you, but you’re sort of the real main attraction, right? Or perhaps the props? The ones that HAVE to be here.

Without performers, there would be no performances.

Well, we can exist now because of the performances.

[They flop onto their back, reading a book called Devil is a Part Timer.]

Digs up old stories that were supposed to be hidden. Things like Legends were all forgotten! Guess someone needs us to exist.

... To save her brother by pulling out of the ocean, I guess. Or to 'save' him by getting rid of his immortality... can you all even do something like that?

Hmmmm, I'd have to think of how, but I think there would likely be some ways. Giving out great blessings are often at the cost of the person who is blessed with them so we try not to give out such blessings.

Yeah, I can imagine... Is the ability to 'summon one person' too great of a blessing?
